Career
Mr. Adams began his studies at the University of Washington in Seattle in 1993 and received a Bachelor of Science in computer science in 1997. In the summer of 1996 Mr. Adams worked as an intern at Synopsys Inc., developing the command line interface for a formal verification tool.
After studying computer science, Mr. Adams served in the US Air Force from 1997 to 2001. He managed a group of network analysts with the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team, and was responsible for monitoring computer network traffic at US Air Force bases around the world.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Adams worked as a federal contractor for the US military. He performed tasks such as network protocol analysis, computer programming, and network/system administration and completed certifications in the areas of computer networking and computer security.
From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Adams studied intellectual property law at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property) and worked for a month as an intern in the licensicng department at Siemens. He completed his degree with a thesis entitled, “The Law and Economics of Software Patent Disclosure”. Mr. Adams became a European Patent Attorney in 2013 and a German Patent Attorney in 2021.
Mr. Adams has been with Müller-Boré since 2007.
