Generally, computer programs can be protected by copyrights. This protective right does not necessitate any application or deposit and originates with conclusion of the computer program. A copyright protects only the specific form of the computer program. The basic ideas and routines are not protected by copyrights. Accordingly, copyrights confer an effective protection only against an exact copying of the computer program.
