Tomoko Kitamura

Career

Tomoko Kitamura grew up in Tokyo, Japan. She studied German Literature at Rikkyo University in Tokyo. After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree, she worked at a software company in Tokyo.

In October 2000, Tomoko Kitamura began studying computer science at Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the research group for foundations of artificial intelligence. She completed her degree in 2008 with the diploma thesis, “Conception, Design and Implementation of a Graphic Interface for Providing Systems Based on a Single-Source-Design Database”, in co-operation with Infineon Technologies AG. She gained additional practical experience during and after her studies by working on projects with various companies. Tomoko Kitamura became a European Patent Attorney in 2015.

Tomoko Kitamura has been with Müller-Boré since 2009.
